What is Purple?

Purple offers automobile reliability services. Just download the app and we’ll service your car, wherever you are.

Where is Purple available?

Purple is currently available in Los Angeles, San Diego, and part of Orange County. More cities coming soon!

Is there a service fee?

Currently, we charge a fee of $9.99 when you choose the 1-hour service window, $5.99 for the 3-hour service window, and $3.99 for the 5-hour window.

How quickly can you service my car?

You can choose between 1, 3, or 5 hour service windows.

What kind of fuel will the service provider supply?

You can choose between Top Tier 87 or 91 unleaded octane fuel in Southern California.

Should I be worried about my car’s security during the delivery?

No. Purple service providers are required to comply with all Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, and local municipalities safety and quality control measures. All of our service providers take pride in providing quality service, and protecting your vehicle. Service providers are fully insured.

What Is Purple Plus?

Purple Plus is a monthly membership designed to help you get the most out of Purple and help you save. Purple Plus offers two tiers of monthly membership, Standard and Express.

When Do I Get Charged For Purple Plus?

Your card will be charged as soon as you subscribe to Purple Plus. And every month on the day that you initiated your subscription.

What sort of services does Purple provide?

Currently, Purple offers refueling services and tire pressure checks. More services are coming soon!

How much does it cost?

Our prices are competitive within the average fuel cost in your area.

Do I need to be in my car when Purple is servicing it?

No. All you need to do is make sure that the gas tank door is open before Purple services your car. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure it’s tightly shut when we finish!

How will I know when the service provider is en route? Or when my car has been serviced?

Your app will keep you up to date on the progress of your service. Make sure your notifications are turned on so you don’t miss these updates!

How much fuel will be provided?

You can choose between 7.5, 10 or 15 gallons.  Members can choose up to 20 gallons.

What are your hours of operation?

Hours are market specific.  In Los Angeles, we accept orders from 7:00am to 10:00pm (PST).  San Diego accepts orders from 7:00am to 8:30pm (PST).  Orange County is 11:00am to 7:00pm (PST).

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Orders can be canceled at any time before servicing has started at no charge.

How Do I Join Purple Plus?

You can sign up for Purple Plus in the Purple Fuel App. Select “Account” then “Membership”, from there you can select Standard or Express.

How Much Is Purple Plus?

Purple Plus has two tiers of monthly membership: Standard $12.99/Month and Express $19.99/Month.

How Do I Cancel Purple Plus?

You can cancel Purple Plus at anytime. Select “Unsubscribe” in the Monthly Membership screen in the Purple Fuel App. All accounts must be unsubscribed by 12AM the following month of initiation to prevent another monthly charge.
