No. Purple service providers are required to comply with all Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, and local municipalities safety and quality control measures. All of our service providers take pride in providing quality service, and protecting your vehicle. Service providers are fully insured.
Purple Plus is a monthly membership designed to help you get the most out of Purple and help you save. Purple Plus offers two tiers of monthly membership, Standard and Express.
Your card will be charged as soon as you subscribe to Purple Plus. And every month on the day that you initiated your subscription.
Currently, Purple offers refueling services and tire pressure checks. More services are coming soon!

No. All you need to do is make sure that the gas tank door is open before Purple services your car. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure it’s tightly shut when we finish!
Your app will keep you up to date on the progress of your service. Make sure your notifications are turned on so you don’t miss these updates!
You can choose between 7.5, 10 or 15 gallons. Members can choose up to 20 gallons.
Hours are market specific. In Los Angeles, we accept orders from 7:00am to 10:00pm (PST). San Diego accepts orders from 7:00am to 8:30pm (PST). Orange County is 11:00am to 7:00pm (PST).
Orders can be canceled at any time before servicing has started at no charge.
You can sign up for Purple Plus in the Purple Fuel App. Select “Account” then “Membership”, from there you can select Standard or Express.
Purple Plus has two tiers of monthly membership: Standard $12.99/Month and Express $19.99/Month.
You can cancel Purple Plus at anytime. Select “Unsubscribe” in the Monthly Membership screen in the Purple Fuel App. All accounts must be unsubscribed by 12AM the following month of initiation to prevent another monthly charge.
